Homemade Chocolate Milk
Solution...Mom with a laptop. I do allow my kids some chocolate milk. Call me a bad mom but chocolate is good for you right? But my oldest is always telling me not to buy stuff with HFC. So I thought maybe I would try making my own cold chocolate milk mix. Below is the recipe we liked best.
For one glass of chocolate milk:
Put one tablespoon of cocoa powder and one heaping tablespoon of sugar in a saucepan. Add just enough milk to make a paste and just heat to dissolve sugar and make a smooth paste. Pour into a glass scraping all the chocolate out of the pan. Pour in the cold milk and stir. Enjoy.
