Today our wonderful sunshine is gone and it is dreary and rainy. This guy has decided it is nap time.
We have a hideous plug on the wall here so I try to hide it with pots. Why do they put plugs right where everyone can see them?
As for the gnome, he was sort of lost in the garden when he showed up here in the pots one day. A certain big guy likes to arrange things in the garden as well and I love to stumble upon the surprises.

Well, the rain will surely be good for your beautiful garden. Cute little gnome. I love the hanging urn with succulents! Gorgeous.

Your pots look great, Elaine! Your little gnome is so cute....he might get kidnapped and travel the world like the one in the movie Amelie! ;P
I really do like your flower combinations....we will be planting our post next weekend.

Awe he was cute and he was in the right place at the right time - I love your pics, sandie
Ooooo. Gorgeous plants! I'm with you...why do they put those plugs in the WRONG places? Oh well, I think you did a wonderful job covering it up.
Have a good one.
OK I LOVE Gnomes.. LOL I have them all over my front garden .. AS for the plugs, I hear ya.. I have this huge plug up on the house right next to the front door! I hate it.. it looks so ugly, I need to come up with something to disguise it..
Love your colorful pots. Can't wait for outdoor plant season to begin...but have to wait a little bit longer. It even snowed (flurries) here yesterday...

Beautiful, happy flowers.
How lucky you are!
Love that little gnome too.. what a cheerful character he is.
I understand that the rainy, colder weather that you are getting is headed our way.
Looking good at your house! Love all the pretty Spring flowers and I'm especially fond of your napping gnome! Happy Spring Ya'll from Houston, TX

I love your little gnome, he looks so relaxed and happy at your home!
I actually have the same question Elaine. Why can't they make discrete plugs instead? :)
I always enjoy snapshots from your beautiful home. The plants and the flowers leave a refreshing feel in any home.
Hi Elaine, hope the sun shines again soon. I love how the earth feels so new and refreshed after a fallen rain. Just happy when it doesn't last long. Mr. gnome looks right at home among your pretty blooms. I would love if you would share this at my new link party, Share Your Cup Thursday.
Hugs,
Jann
So envious of those flowers! Even with an early spring, we're a few weeks away from those. Thanks for the inspiring photos!
I think gnomes have a habit of sneaking around in the garden :)
Okay Lady I am following where is the candy? I think my kids ate all mine. Would have thought with 8 they would have shared. :)
They put those plugs there so you will make it into something beautiful which you certainly have!
Just wanted to hop back and say thanks for sharing this with my party Elaine!
Hugs,
Jann
