This has been quite a week and now sadly my laptop has died. I am struggling to use a very ancient desk top computer we still have. Let's hope my baby can be saved. Hope you all are having a great pre-Thanksgiving weekend. I am so looking forward to Thursday. Love that meal and all the traditional fixins. I will do features this week as I figure out how to do things on this old dinosaur.

Hoping you get your Baby back in working order.. To me..on Thanksgiving aside from the obvious..is the wonderful aroma which floats about the house...it is the best...:) Happy Thanksgiving

So sorry about your computer. Been there more than once. Thankfully, I keep my stuff pretty much backed up, but it still hurts to lose a computer. They don't make 'em like they used to either.

It looks like you and I may be in the same boat. My laptop may have kicked the bucket, too. This evening we have a skilled computer friend that is coming over to see if there's any hope. I'm on my husband's computer that has none of my photos or blogging info...

Oh my Elaine, I hate that! Hope you get your baby gets better soon and it's not terminal, lol.. I lost mine 2 months ago, it got stolen, so you can imagine..but it was dying too, very old laptop too.

I've had to restore ours several times, no fun. Now we always try to backup any important stuff on our external hard drive. We just bought a new Win 7 while they're still cheap and on the market. Should be must faster than our really old XP :)
